今日のブログは、日本語→英語の順でお届けします。
なぜ、今日は反対なのか。
それは、7月1日付で異動になりました筆者の気持ちをまず日本語でお伝えしたいからのです。
ですので、英語で気になる方はそのまま下にスクロールしていただければと思います。
では早速、異動して1週間たった感想を書きたいと思います。
まずは、1週間があっという間だったという事です。
本当に一瞬だった…
実は私が異動した先では、玉突きのように異動される方がいて、その人の引継ぎという事で1週間猶予をいただいておりました。
やっている内容は、玉突きで異動された方は主任さんという立場だったこともあって業務量は沢山。
覚えるというよりは、どんな内容をしているのか、理解する事が大変でした。
でも、不思議で、日に日に自分の中に落とし込んでいくと理解できていない部分もある事に気づかされるものなのですね。
分からない、をそのままにしないようにという事を一番に1週間過ごしておりました。
とはいえ、今日は日本時間で月曜日。
まだまだ、これでいいのかな？という事が多くて、朝から引継ぎをしてくださった先輩社員の方にチャットを使ってきいております。
先輩もお優しくて、直ぐに回答をくださいましてすごく安心して仕事をしております。
そんな感じで1週間がスタートしました。
新しい仕事はとりあえず、スケジュールを大切にしないとやり残してしまう危険性がある仕事が沢山あるということですね。

Now, I would like to write my impressions one week after the transfer.
First of all, one week went by in a blink of an eye.
It was really a moment...
In fact, at the place where I was transferred, there was a person who was transferred like a spear, and I was given a one-week reprieve to take over that person.
As for what I was doing, the person who was transferred by the ball thrust was in the position of the chief Mr./Ms., so the amount of work is large.
It was difficult to understand what kind of content was being done, rather than memorizing it.
But it's strange, and as you put it into yourself day by day, you realize that there are parts of it that you don't understand.
I spent a week trying not to leave it as it was.
However, today is Monday in Japan time.
Is this still enough? There are many things, and I am using chat to ask the senior employee who took over from the morning.
My seniors are also kind and give me an answer immediately, so I am working with great peace of mind.
That's how the week started.
For the time being, there are many new jobs that are at risk of being left undone if you don't take care of your schedule.
I will do my best!
