コーヒー製作後、樹海から戻るとレジーナとすれ違う
【レジーナ】
Hm? Oh, it’s you guys. Were you just heading back?
ん？ ああ、お前たちか。いま戻ったところか？
【アリアンナ】
Yes. Dame Regina... pray tell, what exactly are you doing?
はい。レジーナ様…どうぞお話になってください、何をされているのですか？
【レジーナ】
I was just carrying some things to Restaurant.
いくつかレストランへものを運んでるだけだよ。
【フラヴィオ】
What’s this all even for? Do you need any help carrying it?
これ全部そうなのか？ なにか手伝いは必要じゃないか？
【レジーナ】
No, that won’t be necessary. I’m pretty much done with most of it.
いや、必要ない。ほとんどは もう終わったんだ。

ああ、来たな。さっき私が言ったことについてだがーーすべての始まりは お前たちへの贈り物が届いたときなんだ。
It was left here so you could use it however you please, which is why I was carrying it in.

【レジーナ】
It appears as though the Midgard Library has decided to help the explorers of this nation.
どうやら、ミズガルズ図書館が この国の冒険者たちの手助けをすることを決めたらしい。
These things the Library developed... Grimoire Stones, or something? Anyways, they’ve been approved for use here.
これらのものは、図書館が開発したものなのだ。…グリモアストーン、か 何かだったか？ とにかく、ここで使っていいと承認されたものだよ。
【フラヴィオ】
Oh, we can use Grimoire Stones now? That’ll be a big help!
おっ、グリモアストーンを使えるのか？ それは助かるぞ！
【アリアンナ】
Grimoire scones...? My, I had no idea the Midgard Library was researching pastries!
グリモアスコーン？ まあ、ミズガルズ図書館がペイストリー（クッキー、ビスケット等の呼称）を調べてるなんて 知らなかったです！
【クロエ】

What? No! I mean—Grimoire Stones are... They’re items that can record the skills of the other person holding it.
は？ ちがうって！ あのだな、グリモアストーンは… 他の人が持っているスキルを記録できるアイテムなんだ。
If we use these, even I could heal or use elemental attacks.
もし俺たちが これを使えば、俺にだって 回復や、属性攻撃を使うことができる。

That so? They say Midgard’s responsible for investing some nifty stuff...
but this is definitely gonna come in handy.
そうなのか。ミズガルズは洒落た道具の開発では 信頼できると聞いていたが… しかしこれは間違いなく役に立ちそうだ。
【レジーナ】
Grimoire, scones, gluten, whatever it is.
All I know is I got a bunch of them for you to use however you want.
グリモア、スコーン、グルテン、まあ何であれだ。私が知っているのは、山ほど こいつが送られてきて、お前たちの使いたいように使っていいということだけだ。
I’ll set up the facility for them here, so do what you want with them.

Select the Guild House from the menu to enter the Guild House, and try equipping a Grimoire.
メニューからギルドハウスを選んで ギルドハウスに入り、グリモアを装備してみましょう。
グリモアを装備し、樹海へ向かおうとするとマリオンに会う
【マリオン】
Ah, it’s you. Were you about to go into the Labyrinth?
ああ、お前たちか。迷宮へ向かうところか？
【フラヴィオ】
Oh, uh...hello. It’s kinda rare to see you out and like this.
おっと、ああ…こんにちは。こんな場所で会うなんて珍しいですね。
【マリオン】
I was just taking a walk. There’s something invigorating about the air near the Labyrinth, don’t you think?
散歩をしていただけさ。迷宮近くの風は 何か爽やかで活力を与えるものがあると思わないか？
【アリアンナ】
Ah, I too am fond of a brisk constitutional! Would you perhaps like to take a walk with us?
まあ、私も ぴちぴちの散歩が とても大好きなのです！ よろしければ、私たちと一緒に お散歩をしませんか？
［シグルズ］

【マリオン】

ふぁっ！？ ほ、本気ですか！？
【マリオン】
Yes. There are some things I’d like to tell you about those Grimoire you’ve got.
ああ。お前たちが手に入れた グリモアについて、話したいことがあるのだ。
As members of Midgard, you might have an understanding of how they work, but I can see you’re still getting used to them.
ミズガルズのメンバーとして、お前たちは それらの働きについて理解があるかもしれないが、まだ慣れている途中だと見える。

【ナレーション】
As you follow the Guildmaster, she stops, as if noticing something.
君たちが ギルドマスターについていくと、彼女は何かに気づいたように立ち止まった。
You gradually understand that she has spotted monsters not far off.
彼女が そう遠くない位置に魔物を見つけたのだと、君たちは だんだん理解する。
【マリオン】
Let me explain before the monsters there notice us.
あそこの魔物たちが 我々に気づく前に 説明させてくれ。
You already know that Grimoire Stones hold the knowledge of skills, allowing you to use those skills yourself, yes?
グリモアストーンが スキルの知恵を秘めていて、お前たちに それらのスキルが使用できるようにするということは すでに知っているな？
But these stones have another interesting trait.
しかし、それらの石には もうひとつの面白い特性があるのだ。
【アリアンナ】
Do they...?
そのようなものが？
【マリオン】
Yes. Every so often, they may split off into new Grimoire Stones during battle.
そうだ。グリモアストーンは、戦闘中に時折、新しいグリモアストーンを分離生成することがある。
【フラヴィオ】
Oh, yeah. I think I remember hearing something like that at the Library.
ああ、なるほど。そういうことを図書館で聞いたのを 覚えてる気がするよ。
【ベルトラン】
You THINK you remember...?
…覚えてる”気がする”だって？
【フラヴィオ】
C-C’mon, it just slipped my mind!
い、いや、少し心から滑り落ちてただけだよ！
【クロエ】
That sounds suspicious.
疑わしい。
［シグルズ］
Shh. There are monsters nearby.
しっ。魔物たちが近くにいる。
【クロエ】
We got told off...
怒られた…。
【フラヴィオ】
S-Sorry...
す、すまん…。
【マリオン】
Now then, back to what I was saying about Grimoire Stones.
それでは、グリモアストーンについて話していたことに戻るぞ。
Grimoire Stones creates during battle also hold the knowledge of skills inside them.
戦闘中に作り出されたグリモアストーンも、その内にスキルの知恵を秘めている。
Fight with Grimoire Stones equipped, and you will find yourself gaining more.
グリモアストーンを装備した状態で戦えば、増えたことに気づくだろう。
It all depends on how the Grimoire Stone is feeling at the time. If you’re lucky, then maybe...
…すべてはそのときのグリモアストーンの気分次第だが。運が良ければ もしかしたら、という感じか…。

【ナレーション】
With that, the Guildmaster thrusts the sword she holds into the ground, where it’s loud clang draws the monsters’ attention.
そう言うと、ギルドマスターは手に持った剣を地面に突き刺し、大きな武器の鳴る音が魔物の注意を引いた。
Before you can ask what she means by this, the monsters identify you as prey and charge towards you!
これで彼女が何を意味したのか 質問がかなう前に、魔物たちは 捕食対象として君たちを認識し、こちらに向かってくる！
（戦闘が終わる）
【ナレーション】
When the battle is over, the Guildmaster, who had been watching from the rear, walks towards you.
戦いが終わると、ギルドマスター、後ろから君たちを見ていたその人が 歩み寄ってくる。
【マリオン】
This was the first time I’ve seen you in combat. You have some skill.
戦闘の中のお前たちを見るのは これが初めてだったな。なかなか実力がある。
【フラヴィオ】
Thanks, but listen! Siccing monsters on us like that is bad for the heart, so please don’t do that again!
ありがとう、けどですね！ あんなふうに魔物を俺たちにけしかけるのは 新沿いに悪いから、二度としないでください！
【マリオン】
True. My apologies. Though you seemed equal to the threat.
その通りだな。すまなかった。しかしお前たちは 脅威と相対するに値する力があるようだ。
It goes to prove that you have the strength to survive the forest.
さきほどの戦いは お前たちが樹海を生き残る力を持つことを証明していたぞ。
【クロエ】

【マリオン】
Hone those skills as you proceed through the Labyrinth. Never let them go to your head.
樹海を進む中で、それらの力を磨くのだ。天狗になるなよ。

【ナレーション】
With that, the Guild master heads back to town...
そう言うと、ギルドマスターは町に戻っていった…。
【アリアンナ】
Dame Marion left... I should have liked to spend more time with her.
マリオン様、行ってしまいましたね…。彼女ともっと時間を過ごしたかったのですが。
［シグルズ］

【クロエ】
Trand says that a lot. It always means ‘never’. Trand says he’ll buy me meat ‘next time’ and never does.
トランドが たくさんそう言う。それは いつも”決してない”という意味。トランドが 私に「お肉を”今度”買ってくれる」と言うと、絶対に勝ってくれない。
【ベルトラン】
