made chocolate mocha cake for practical today. I was told that we can choose to do any cake for practical exam for Elaborate sweet & pastry so I went to library with mui and search for recipes. but turn out all of us have to do log cake for the exam(_ _。) but doesn't matter, still the same, all are cakes. haha
monday have to go to school for revision on food preparation(>_<) practical exam for food preparation on tuesday, practical exam for Elaborate sweet & pastry on next friday, practical exam for Pastry & baking on next saturday morning, followed by theory exams. time to stress! especially on tuesday(ノ◇≦。) but no choice(x_x；)
