まずは店主こだわりの旬の前菜6種盛り

本日のおすすめお造り3種盛り

今日は鰤、ホタルイカの烏賊巻き、鯛と竹の子のお造りです。

椀物　竹の子の生海苔仕立て

          Bumboo shoot and red snapper with

         fresh seaweed sauce

蒸物　竹の子とホタルイカ の茶碗蒸し

          Steamed egg with Bumboo shoot and 

          Firefly squid

強肴盛合わせ　

・竹の子の海老挟み揚げ・竹の子と鰆の重ね焼き

・山菜天ぷら・山菜と竹の子の黄身酢掛け

・Deepflied prawns with Bumboo shoots

・Deepflied wild vegetables

・Bumboo shoot sandwichs with Spanish mackerel

・Seasonal vegetables with rich vinaigrette sauce

　with egg yolk
