I got over my ①constipation this morning. I took two long ②craps.
I was surprised at the amount and my body got lighter after that.
It is the first time I have felt myself so light. It will be good if this
condition continues every day.
오늘 아침 변비가 해소되었다. 긴 똥이 두개도 나왔다. 똥량에 놀랐지만,
③응가하고 몸이 가벼워진 것을 느끼고 놀랐다. 이렇게 몸이 가벼워진
것은 처음이다. 이것이 매일 계속되면 좋을텐데...
① 便秘
② うんこ
③ うんこをする（幼児に対して使うらしい）
いやー、今朝、びっくりするぐらい長いの出た！笑
しかも二本も！爆
そして、ここまで体が軽くなったと感じたのも初めて！
どんだけ詰まっていたんだって話よね。笑
とにかく爽快な朝でした。
これが毎日続けばいいんだけど、、、うーん。
