She teaches calligraphy many children and adults as a master at Yayoi Calligraphy School. She also writes models for her disciples and gives advice on their education, making her an active contributor to the development of Japanese calligraphy.
Her specialty is harmonious font. It is written in kana and kanji, which is the writing style used by Japanese people, but this harmonic font is a writing method that breaks down kana and kanji to the utmost. This harmonic font has a history of over 1,300 years, and many ancient documents were written using this method. It is also the method that produces the most Japanese characters.
Many of her works have been selected for exhibitions, and she is a regular fixture at the Nitten Exhibition in particular. She is one of the few artists who has been selected as a member of the Nitten Exhibition after being selected more than 10 times. She has also won a special award at the Yomiuri Calligraphy Exhibition, which is one of the most prestigious exhibitions in the world of calligraphy, and has won countless awards.
