今日は、昨日より文が短く、内容も簡単だった。
きょうから、実際に聞こえる音を近いカタカナで書いてみた。

英語の聞き取りが日本人にとって難しい点は、いくつかある。

英語では子音で終わる単語があると次の単語の母音と重ねて発音されるため区切りが判らないこと。
(これは中学校の先生が正しく教えないといけないが、できているのだろうか)

英語をいちいちさかさまの日本語にしてしまう癖があり、思考速度が低下すること。
英語の流れのまま理解するすることがネィティブ・スピードに対応する上で最適。
(これもさかさま翻訳の中心の教育方針が好ましくない)

英語は発声に強弱があり、強を聞き取れれば、意味はだいたいわかる。
だいだいわかれば、80点をあげていいとおもうが、
0点にしてしまう不寛容が、学びの意欲を萎縮させることか。

あと、日本語に比べて、口の開きが英語は横に広い、口が大きく動き、
動きながら発音するから、音が漏れたり変化する。

英語が聞こえるまで、、、先は長いなあ、地味に続けましょう。
