The Saitama City authorities in Japan reportedly excluded only the kindergarten of Korean Junior Middle School in Saitama City when supplying masks for preventing COVID-19 to sanatoriums for the aged, nurseries and kindergartens, etc. in the city on Mar. 10.
３月１０日、日本の埼玉県はコロナウイルスへの対策として高齢者の療養所、保育園や幼稚園へマスクを配布する際、埼玉県内の韓国人幼稚園のみを除外した。
What merits indignation is the city authorities' insistence that "the supply of masks is not applicable to Korean kindergartens" and "if masks are supplied, they may be resold."
憤りに値することは、県が「韓国人幼稚園への供給は、再販売されるかもしれないので適切でない」との主張だ。
Such discriminative practices can be seen in different parts of Japan.
そのような差別的な行いは日本の冷淡な部分であるようだ。
Japanese citizens are criticizing it, saying that the state and local self-governing bodies are conspiring to discriminate Koreans even in the issue related with life and health.
日本の国民は、「国や地方政府自体が命や健康に関わる問題にさえ韓国人を差別しようとしている」と言い、それを批判している。
The Japanese reactionaries excluded Korean kindergartens from the application of "program for free education and upbringing of children" and not content with this, commit such rude acts as excluding them from the supply of masks these days.
日本の保守復古派は子育てと教育無償のプログラムの適用から韓国人幼稚園を除外し、また満足せず、今日のマスクの供給も除外するという無礼な行いをした。
一応、日本を非難する記事のようです。北朝鮮の国内事情抜きにこの記事を読むと、案外日本のメディアにもされているような人権に基づいた批判がされているようにも見えます。人権に基づいてというよりは、あくまでも他国にいる自国の人への思いでしょうが。。。
