Do the BBQ there?

When I took the cherry blossom photos, I saw people that had a BBQ under the cherry blossoms.

There are a lot of trees there and it’s dangerous.

So, everyone can’t do a BBQ there.

If the place is on fire, I wonder if they can take responsibility?
