老師の教え。「為政者としての知識・学問が十分でも、仁徳をもってそれを守ることができなければ、得た地位は必ず失われる。知識・学問が十分であり、仁徳をもって地位を守り得ても、威厳ある態度で人々に接しなければ、人々は敬服しない。知識・学問・仁徳・威厳ある態度において十分であっても、人々を働かせる時に礼をもってしなければ、まだ真に善政であるとはいえない」

The Master's teachings, " If knowledge and study as the statesmen are sufficient, and it is not possible to defend it with the virtue, the acquired position is sure to be lost. Even if knowledge and study are sufficient, and the position is defended with virtue,people don't admire you if you don't treat people with a dignified attitude. Even if it is sufficient in knowledge, study, virtue, and dignified attitude,If we do not have courtesy them when we make people work, it cannot say that it is still truly good government."
