Beef bowl presents you "Sweetness",that's the unique taste of Japanese home dishes.
It's nothing like sugar nor cakes. It's done when meats or veges get simmered with soy sauce and Mirin,sweet rice wine.

すた丼！Suta Don! PorkBowl !
People might know "YOSHINOYA"chains for "beef bowl",Gyudon.
It's Japanese style fast food, a bowl of rice with beef and onion simmered in a mildly sweet sauce with dashi(fish and seaweed stock),soy sauce and mirin(sweet rice wine).
There are so many chain stores of this bowl. You should try it once. It's \300～600（$3～$6）。
Now I'm introducing Porl Bowl,Suta-Don. It started in Tachikawa,which is developed with Hitotsubashi uni,established national school famous for business cource. This Suta-Don has been long popular with students there. With its popularity, Suta-don has broadened its business and now Suta-don is in Shibuya!
It's simmered with soy sauce and garlic with egg. You better be careful cos you'd smell garlic after you have it!
Still this is my favorite. It's open till 27:00 too!

Unlike sleepless town,NewYork, Train service finishes around the midnight in Tokyo.
I usually take the last train home.
I dropped by McDnald nearby my office. It's 24hours open.
They started AMERICAN BURGER campaign. They change the menu every 2week.
I grabbed the bag and jumped in the last Metro 12:05 to Shibuya.
It's Tuesday. So it's not that busy.
This is the last train.
