I've been really blessed with some beautiful people as clients. This guy is no exception. Humble, kind, gracious and thankful. Just a pleasure to watch training. Sometimes a coach provides belief more than anything. Belief can be in the form of encouraging words or just dishing out weights you know the client is capable of. Decided to throw on the straps (with @shawnbellon's approval, of course) to save my hands. They went much easier than I thought they would, especially considering the issues my back has been having lately. A tiny sadistic part of me wanted to go for a third, but I had to stick to the program. The most weight I've ever pulled is 677... I doubled 7lbs less than that today.
