私はバリバリ元気～！！！
私は今日も朝から千葉へ行ってロードバイクのトレーニングをしてきましたよ！
今回は４４キロ。距離はこの前とほとんど一緒ですが、
今回はこの前付けてなかったバインディング付きのサイクリングシューズで初ライドし、
ちょっと坂にも挑戦しました！
坂を３５キロのスピードで登ってみましたよ！
まだちょっと乗り足りなかったので次は６０キロ走ってみたいと思います！
次のトレーニングが楽しみだ～！！

Hey guys! Got an early start this morning and went to Chiba to once again train for the road race. Today we rode for 44km which isn't much more than our last ride, but today I used cycling shoes with bindings on them for the first time. I also did some uphill riding at the speed of 35km. I still felt like I didn;t get enough out of our ride, so next time I'm planning on riding 60km to see how I hold up. Can't wait for our next training day!

今日は初めてこちらのバインディンク付きのサイクリングシューズでライド～！
These are my cycling shoes with bindings that I used for the first time.
靴のそこはこんなふうになってるんです！これがカチッとペダルにハマッて足が固定されるんです！
And this is what the back of these shoes look like. This little things click into the pedals and locks your feet in place.
今日もこのお二人とライドしました。毎週金曜日一緒に生放送をしてるリョウさんと私のバイクを作ってくれたセオサイクルのセオさん！

It felt wonderful riding under the sun and blue sky today. Hopefully I can make some more progress during my next ride. Wish me luck!
