FreeHyperSpaceはWWWホスティングです。もしも不適切または違法な使用をした場合は一部またはすべてのサービスを直ちに保留または停止する権利を有します。
Server use
Ourweb hosting accounts are to be used by the primary owner only. Webhosting account holders are not permitted to resell, store or give awaythe web hosting services of their website to other parties. Web hostingservices are defined as allowing a separate, third party to hostcontent on the owner's web site. Exceptions to this include ad banners,classified ads and personal ads.
FreeHyperSpace reserves the right to refuse service and/or access to its servers to anyone.
FreeHyperSpace do not allow any of the following content to be stored on its servers:

* Warez（ソフトの違法コピー。インターネットサービスプロバイダのディスクペースや、無料のWebスペースレンタルサービスを使い、不特定多数の人間にソフトウェアを配布する行為）— includes pirated software, ROMS, emulators, phreaking, hacking,password cracking, IP spoofing etc, and encrypting of any of the above.Also includes any sites which provide "links to" or "how to"information about suchmaterial.（海賊版ソフト、ROMS、エミュレータ、フリーキング、ハッキング、パスワード分解、IPスプーフィングなど、およびコード化を含みます。またその様な物へのリンクや使用法の解説も含みます。）
Indemnification・・・損害補償

that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold FreeHyperSpace harmless
FreeHyperSpaceの悪意の無さを防御、免責、救済、保持すること
from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims,including reasonable legal fees asserted against FreeHyperSpace, itsagents, its customers, officers and employees,
FreeHyperSpaceエージェント、顧客、役員、および従業員に対してのすべての要求、負債、損失、コスト、クレーム、弁護士費用のかかるかもしれない事
that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed.

The hosting customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless FreeHyperSpace against liabilities arising out of:

* anyinjury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwisedistributed in connection with FreeHyperSpace'sserver; サーバーにて売られたまたは配給されたもので負傷した場合
* any material supplied bycustomer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rightsof a third party; 顧客が供給したものが第三者の権利を侵害している、またはそう主張される場合
* copyright infringement; 著作権侵害
* any defective products sold to customer from FreeHyperSpace's server.サーバーから欠陥商品が売られた場合
