雪が降ったり止んだりの
高野山でした

10°F yesterday.
マイナス5-6度は
慣れましたが
I’ve got used to
21-23°F, but
マイナス8-9度になると
少々怯み
I’m hesitant to go out
when it becomes below
18°F, and
マイナス12度で
しかも
雪が降っている最中には
奥の院には行けません
I don’t go out if it’s
below 10°F and snowing.
今朝は雪は止みましたが、
奥の院はひっそりし
誰にも会いませんでした
Although it stopped snowing,
no one was walking in
Okunoin this morning.
空海とのひとときを
独り占めする...

帰りは久しぶりに
裏参道を歩きました
On my way back,
I decided to walk on
the other path.
英霊殿への道は

歩くのを遠慮しました

cool with snow on his back.
もうすぐ10年です

懲りずに中を見たくなり
iPhone をかざしたら
I still wanted to see
the inside of the cup, so
I tried, then..

ウインナーコーヒーでした

every time I slipped, but

雪の高野山に
幸せな気持ちに
させてもらいます

me feel happy.
アパートに戻り
シリアルを食べ
また歯が折れましたが、
Even though I broke another
tooth while eating cereal
when I came home,
「まだ大丈夫！」
I’ll be fine!
そんな気持ちにも
させてもらえる高野山
Koyasan always makes me
feel so positive, too.
