He HADN’T stopped reviews from coming. THEY CAME!
Somehow or other, they came just the same!
彼はレビューがやって来るのを阻止しませんでした。 それらはやって来ました！

And the SME, despite all the things that he knew,
Sat puzzling and puzzling: “How could it be true?”

Then the SME thought of something he hadn’t before!
