まず始めに、明るく元気な受付が出迎えます
保険証の提示、問診表の記入、症状などを尋ねます。
First you will meet with our friendly receptionist She will ask you to fill out a new patient's form and ask for your national insurance card if you have one. She will also ask you about any dental problems you may have.
吉塚ＳＥＴ歯科では、リフレッシュルームで検査の前に歯を磨いたりすることもできます
We have a refresh room available where you can brush and care for your teeth prior to your examination
準備ができたら、スタッフが名前をお呼びします。それまで、待合室でお待ちください。ウォーターサーバ、私たちが選んだ雑誌、パンフレットを用意しています
Please wait in our waiting area. Help yourself to a drink and feel free to browse our selection of magazines and brochures. The dental nurse will call you when the dentist is ready
患者様のプライバシー、居心地の良さを考えて、治療室はすべて、半個室か個室です
Most patients are comfortable in our main treatment area, but we also provide a privacy room if you feel more comfortable
診療室に入っていただくと、来院理由や御口の状態などをお話していきます。その後、御口の中を検査し、必要に応じてレントゲンをとっていきます
Then I will talk with you about your dental history and reason for coming. After that I will examine your teeth and gums and if necessary take an X-ray
検査が終わると、最善の治療方法を患者様と話し合い、必要であれば治療、歯石取りなどを進めていきます
After my initial examination, we can discuss the best course of treatment if required or perform a check-up and polishing
検査、治療が終わったら、受付に戻り次回の予約をとります。
Once all treatment and examinations are finished you will return to the reception to make a further appointment if required.
