今回は歯のホワイトニングについて説明していきます
I'm going to talk about teeth whitening today
①まず始めに、ホワイトニングする前の患者様自身の歯の白さを確認していただきます
First, we check how white the patient's teeth are before whitening
②次に歯の表面の汚れを除去します
Then, our staff will remove any plaque on the surface of your teeth
③口を大きく開けるための器具（アングルワイダー）を装着します
We will apply a device called an angle wider to allow us free access to your teeth
④歯肉保護剤をハグキに塗ります
To protect your gums from the whitening formula, we apply a layer of plastic between your gums and teeth
⑤歯の表面に薬剤を塗っていきます。そのままの状態で１５分待ちます
We then put the whitening formula on the surface of your teeth, and leave it for 15 minutes
⑥塗る手順を繰り返します
The procedure is then repeated
⑦最後に薬剤を取り除いて患者様確認してもらって終了です。 これらすべての工程を一時間半かけて行います
After another 15minutes, we remove the whitening formula. The whole procedure takes an hour and a half to complete
ホワイトニング中や、後に歯がしみてくる方がいらっしゃいます。またハグキに違和感がでる方もいます。これらの症状は通常、一時的なもので、数日で消えていきます
Risk
Some people may find that their teeth become sensitive to cold during or after treatment.
Others may have a discomfort in the gums, or white patches on the gum line.
These symptoms are usually temporary and should disappear within a few days of the treatment finishing
