創業明治38年という老舗。
熊本旅行で馬肉ともつ鍋が良かったので、
東京は、どんなものかなあときました。

This is a long-established restaurant founded in 1905.
I had enjoyed horse meat and motsu nabe on a trip to Kumamoto, so I was curious to see what it was like in Tokyo.
結果、甘いすき焼きという感じでした❣️
なんというか、昔の味付け。
家族には大好評。
しかし、私は刺身とか、普通に新鮮な熊本の馬肉の方が良かったです。
あと、ちゃんと個人でやってるモツ鍋屋さんの方が美味しかったです。
なんというか。。。老舗の店構えに、味がついていってるかは微妙です。
とにかく普通の甘い醤油というか。
江戸時代は、こんな感じかあと。
醤油、醤油、醤油。
普通。
普通すぎる。。。という印象。
私が変なのでしょうか❔
料金はしっかりついていってます。
よくわからないけど、多分普通に美味しいんだと思う。
焼きそばが屋台で美味しいのと同じノリかもしれないです。

What can I say, old-fashioned seasoning.
Very popular with my family.
However, I would have preferred sashimi or regular fresh Kumamoto horse meat.
Also, the motsu-nabe restaurant that is run by an individual was better.
I don't know what to say. I'm not sure if the taste is in line with the old, well established restaurant.
Anyway, it's just a regular sweet soy sauce.
It was too ordinary.
Too ordinary. I have the impression that it's too ordinary.
Am I strange?
The price is very high.
Maybe it's just plain tasty.
I think it's the same way that yakisoba tastes good at a food stall.
