新しいiPhone5sゴールド予約してからも二週間半たつけどソフトバンクからまだ連絡がこない

It has been two weeks in a half since I made reservations for my new iPhone5s Gold and I still haven't received a phone call from the telephone company softbank!! （－＿－；）
