今日はやっと金曜日だぁ… 今日一日仕事頑張ってそして明日から三連休
Today is finally another Friday... One more day of work then starting tomorrow we have a three day holiday off ＼(^o^)／
この間仕事終わってトレーニング行く前この前横浜のママさんから頂いたデコポン
オレンジ食べてからトレーニング行きました
The other day after work, before I left to go to do my training I ate some very delicious Dekopon Oranges that I received from the Mama San in Yokohama (＾ｰ^)ノ
この間いい足のトレーニングやりました
I had a good leg training the other day (^-^)/
昨日の夕ご飯は大好きなテリヤキチキン食べました
Last night for dinner I ate my favorite teriyaki chicken *\(^o^)/*
