昨日朝西落合の春川クリニック行ってまたニンニク注射しました
Yesterday morning I went to the Harukawa Clinic and got a Garlic Shot.... lol
その後夕方ENDO'S GYM行って腕と首のトレーニングやりました
昨日は外国の雑誌の
週剤しました
Then in the late afternoon I went to Endo's Gym and did a good arm training. I had an interview with a magazine for foreigner's (^-^)/
いいトレーニングのあと遠藤会長と息子かつさんと一緒にジムの近くの美味しい焼き肉屋行きました
After a good training I went to a delicious yakiniku restaurant near the gym with Endo's Gym owner and his son ( ^_^)/~~~
とっても嬉しかった
It was very delicious!! (^O^)／
