仕事終わってから東中野ゴールドジム行って加藤先生の
格闘技クラスで軽く
ミットとスパーリングやりました
After work last night I went to Higashi Nakano Golds Gym and did a light mitts and sparring practice (^_^;)
試合まであと4日 相手のベースは空手で強い相手と思う いい試合出来るように頑張ります
今週日曜日もし時間あったらぜひディファ有明まで応援に来てください
