昨日朝から夕方まで仕事頑張りました (;^_^A
I did my best at work from yesterday morning until late afternoon.
昨日ランチは美味しいチャーハンセットでした (^-^)/
For my lunch yesterday I ate a delicious fried rice set.
夜は東中野ゴールドジム行ってセコンドの加藤先生のクラスでとってもいい練習出来ました ('-^*)/
In the evening I went to Higashi Nakano Golds Gym and had a great practice with Kato Sensei and his class.
名古屋からの友達榎本さんが僕の練習来てくれました (^_^)v
My friend Enomoto from Nagoya came to my practice.
久しぶり榎本さんとお会いしてあと久しぶり榎本さんのミットうちをやってすごく嬉しかった o(^-^)o
It was great to see Enomoto and do a mitt training with him after along time so I was very happy.
今日も大雨の中仕事とトレーニング頑張ります (^o^;)/
Today i will do my best at work and my training in this rainy day!!
