昨日朝から夕方まで
家でゆっくり出来ました
Yesterday I had a very good rest at home since the morning until late afternoon.
昨日の夕方 
中野ゴールドジム行っていいトレーニングしました 
Yesterday late afternoon I went to the Nakano Golds Gym and had a good training.
そしてジムのあと
新井薬師駅の近く
僕がよく行く
焼き肉屋行って美味しいお肉食べました
Then after going to the gym I went to eat some very delicious meat at my usual Yakiniku Restaurant that I go to near the Araiyakushi Station.
全部美味しかった
All of the meat was delicious!!
焼き肉屋のとなり面白い店の看板ありました
Next to the Yakiniku Restaurant was a funny name board for another place.

今日も仕事とトレーニング頑張るぞ～
