朝早くから
病院二件行きました
My fight is very close so I went to to hospitals early morning today to take care of my body.
さいしょ千住の名倉病院行って体のチェックしました
体は大丈夫です
First I went to Senjyu Nagura Hospital to check my body. My body is in very good shape.
そのあと落合の春川内科クリニック行っていつものニンニク注射しに行きました～
Then I went to the Harukawa Naika Clinic in Ochiai to get my garlic shot.
試合が近いのでニンニク注射ふたタイプをうってもらえました
このあと中野ゴールドジムで軽く練習やります
Since my fight is very close I got two types of garlic shots. Later I will go to the Nakano Golds Gym and do a light practice!!
