Good Training

昨日はすごくいい練習出来ました～

Yesterday I had a very good practice!!

夕方は中野ゴールドジム行って大山選手、三崎選手と吉田選手4人でグラップリングの練習しました　三崎選手から色んなアドバイスもらって嬉しかった

In the late afternoon I went to the Nakano Golds Gym and me, Oyama, Misaki and Yoshida the four of us did our grappling practice. I was very happy to receive alot of advise from Misaki.

そして夜は東中野ゴールドジム行ってセコンドの加藤さんの練習行きました～

Then in the evening I went to Higashi Nakano Golds Gym to practice with my cornerman Mr. Kato

今日も練習頑張ります～

I will do my best in my practice again today!!!
