中野ゴールドジム行ってケンジくんと吉田くんと一緒にいい練習出来ました～

スパーリングとミット出来ました
Last night I had a good practice with Kenji and Yoshida at the Nakano Golds Gym. We had a good sparring and mitt training!
そのあとみんなでチューブとバランスボールのトレーニングやりました
Then after that we did some tube and balance ball training
練習のあと下北沢行きました～

の社長さんとほかの友達６人で下北沢駅の近くの美味しい焼き鳥屋行きました～
After my practice, I went to Shimo Kitazawa to have dinner with my friends Ken Housing Owner. The six of us all ate at a Yakitori Restaurant near the Shimo Kitazawa train station.
そしてごはん食べ終わってからみんなで軽くの店で飲みに行きました～
Then after dinner we all went to drink a little at a near by place.
みんなが僕の１１月６日Zepp大阪での試合応援してくれています～
とっても楽しかった Ken Housingの社長さんとみんなありがとうございます。。。m(_ _ )m 必ずKO勝ちします
They are all cheering and wishing me luck for my upcoming fight on November 6th at the Zepp Osaka. I had a great time! Thank you very much to Ken Housing Owner and my other friends!!! I will definitely will win by a KO!!!!
