Today I received a sample of my new long t-shirt that I have order'd from Beat Design Matsuda San.

欲しい人はもしかしたら11月6日Zepp大阪の試合で買えるかも　後ほどにお知らせします～　かなりカッコイイです～　黒と白作る予定しています

For the people who would like to have one well you might be able to buy one at my upcoming fight at the Zepp Osaka on November 6th. I will let you all know more about that later. The long tee looks very nice!! I plan on making a black and white one!!

今夜また中野ゴールドジム行ってケンジくんとともやといい練習出来ました～

This evening I went to Nakano Golds Gym again and had a good practice with Kenji and Tomoya!!

明日はまた中野ゴールドジムで練習とトレーニング頑張ります

I will do my best in my practice and training again tomorrow at the Nakano Golds Gym!!
