昨日夜中野ゴールドジムでケンジくんと二人でいいウエイト・トレーニング出来ました～

Last night me and Kenji did our weight training at the Nakano Golds Gym.

昨日二人で背中とくびのウエイト・トレーニングしました～

The two of us did our back and neck weight training yesterday.

今日夜恵比寿までに乗って恵比寿駅の近くの道場でスパーリングの練習行きました

This evening I took the train to Ebisu to do my sparring practice at a dojo near the Ebisu Train Station.

大山選手と西島選手とほか10人ぐらいでいいスパーリングの練習出来ました　試合に向かって明日また練習とトレーニング頑張ります

I had a good sparring practice with Oyama and Nishijima and 10 other guys. Again tomorrow I will do my best in my practice and training to prepare myself for my upcoming fight!!
