Yesterday

昨日の朝いい天気でしたから午前中のトレーニングは僕の愛車ハマーH1を２時間かけて洗いました～

It was a very nice day yesterday morning so my morning training was washing my Hummer H1. It takes about 2 hours to wash so I can get in a good training....lol

そして夜は中野ゴールドジムの練習行きました。昨日僕のいとこ隆弘がわざわざ練習来てくれました～　ケンジくんと３人でいい練習出来ました～　

Then in the evening I went to Nakano Golds Gym for my practice. Yesterday my cousin Takahiro came to practice with us. Kenji and the three of us all practiced together.

そして僕も二人とも軽くスパーリングやりました～

Then I did a light sparring with the both of them......lol

１１月６日大阪の試合まで練習とトレーニング頑張ります　応援よろしくお願いします～
