昨日夜また中野ゴールドジム行って練習頑張りました～(^O^)/
I went to the Nakano Golds Gym for my practice again last night.
昨日はケンジくんと吉田くんと一緒に練習しました～(^-^)/ ３人でスパーリングと総合の練習しました～('-^*)/ スパーリングの練習のあと総合でケンジくんと吉田くんが先にやりました～(-^□^-)
Yesterday, I practiced with Kenji and Yoshida. The three of us did our sparring and MMA training. After sparring training, Kenji and Yoshida was doing our MMA training first.
そして僕とケンジくんやりました～(o^-')b
Then me and Kenji went at it!
そのあと吉田くんとやりました～o(^-^)o
Then me and Yoshida went at it.
昨日はスパーリングと総合の練習８RDぐらいやりました～(;^_^A 昨日はいい練習出来ました～(^_^)v 今日もこれから中野ゴールドジム行って来ます～(^O^)/ 今日は二回練習します、頑張るぞ～(b^-゜)
Yesterday I did a total of about 8 rounds of sparring and MMA training. I had a good practice yesterday. I will go to the Nakano Golds Gym again soon. I will practice two times today! I will do my best!!!
