昨日のお昼ごはんは吹上イオンに行ってイタリアンバフぇットの食べ放題ジムのお客さんと行きました～(＝⌒▽⌒＝)
Yesterday for my lunch I went to the Fukiage Aeon with a customer from my gym. We ate lunch at the Italian all you can eat buffett.
色んな食べ物ありました～('-^*)/
They have alot of different kind food.
そしてうちのHeat Fitness Gymで毎週火曜日と土曜日３時はベリーダンスがあります～(^-^)/
Then at my Heat Fitness Gym, every Tuesdays and Saturdays at 3pm there is a Belly Dance Class.
僕もちょうとだけやってみました～(*^▽^*) すごくいい運動なります。ちょうとキツイかった～(;^_^A
I tried to do it a little. It was a bit hard but it is a good excersize.
とっても優しい先生です～o(^-^)o みんな楽しんでました～p(^-^)q
The teacher is very nice. Everybody enjoyed the class.
