昨日も中野ゴールドジムに行って加藤先生と大山選手と今度出る吉田選手と軽く練習しました
体調はかなりいいです
Yesterday I went to the Nakano Golds Gym again and did a light practice with Katou San, Oyama San and Yoshida San. I'am feeling really good!!

携帯やめてソフトバンクの白いIphone買えました
The day before yesterday I changed my phone from Docomo to the SoftBank iphone.
まだまだつかえにくいけどだいぶ慣れてきました
It is still very difficult to you use but I'am getting there.
そして昨日夜
僕がいつもお世話になっているHEALTHY-ONEの社長さんと会社のみんなさんと知り合いの鈴木さんと会えました
Then in the evening I met my friends the Healthy-One Company Sacho and his staff and also Suzuki San.
HEALTHY-ONEの店長会あって僕も行きました
みんなで中野区にあるインドカレー料理屋行きました
I wet to the Healthy-One's Tencho Party. We all went to the Indian Restaurant in Nakano-Ku.
ちょうと辛いけどとっても美味しかった
そして僕が名古屋に行く大津どりのラッシクHEALTHY-ONE支店の店長さんも来てました
The food was a bit spicy and hot but it was very delicious. Also the Tencho from the Nagoya Shop right off of the Otsu Street was there at the party.
HEALTHY-ONE社長さんと鈴木さんと久しぶりお会い出来て嬉しかった
I was very happy to see the Healthy-One Sacho and Suzuki San again.
すごく楽しかった 明日僕の試合みんなさん応援してくれるのはとってもうれしいです
I had a great time!! My fight tomorrow, I'am very happy to know that everybody will be rooting for me!!!
