昨日お昼ランチは吹上イオンの中のうどん屋さん行ってトンカツランチセット食べました～(o^-')b
Yesterday for my lunch, I went to an Udon restaurant in the Fukiage Aeon and ate a Tonkatsu lunch set.
とっても美味しかった～(^_^)v
It was very good!!!
そして昨日夜中村区の志村道場に行ってカミノくんといい練習しました～o(^-^)o
Then yesterday evening I went to Shimura Dojo in Nakamura-Ku and had a great practice with Kamino.
体調もよくなりと体もういい感じで出来上がっています～v(^-^)v
I'am feeling well and my body is getting in very good shape!!

My Championship re-match fight is coming soon. I will do my best in my remaining time for my practice and training!!! I will definitely win the Championship fight and become the first ex-sumo wrestler ever to win the MMA belt!!! Everybody please cheer for me!!!
