It is very very hot here in Nagoya!!
昨日夜吹上ジムで僕の総合クラスやりました。僕もみんなと一緒に練習出来ました
Last night I had my MMA class at the Fukiage Gym. I did my practice with the other guys.
この間僕のセコンドしてくれたカミノくんも来てくれました
Kamino, the guy who was my second man in my last fight came to practice.
みんなでいい練習出来ました これからも頑張ります
We all had a good practice!! I will keep on doing my best!!
