昨日お昼ごろまた横浜まで知り合いの接骨院”Ｍｅｄｉｃａｌ Ｂｌｕｅ”行って酸素カプセルだけにしました
Yesterday afternoon I went to my friends massage place again in Yokohama and just jumped into the Sanso Capsle.
そして夕方は中野ゴールドジム行ってサイゴのアップ練習しました
Then in the late evening I went to Nakano Golds Gym and did my last light practice.
セコンドの大山選手と西島選手とほかみんなで軽く練習しました
I did a light practice with Oyama (my corner man), Nishijima and some other people.
いよいよ明日ゴングです
体調はかなりいいです 会場で応援に来るみんなさん楽しみにしてください

Tomorrow will be the gong for my fight!! I feel really good!! For the people who is coming to the event to cheer for me, please look forward to a great fight!!! I will do my best!!
