Yesterday morning I went to Yokohama again to my friends massage place.
昨日もまたマッサージと酸素カプセルでした～
試合に向かって頑張って体のケアしています
Yesterday I had another massage and also went into the Sanso Capsle. I'am taking care of my body to prepare for my fight.
夕方中野に戻って今度は中野ゴールド・ジム行って軽くアップしました
今日は僕のセコンドにつく大山選手と加藤先生とほか軽くミットうちとグラウンドをやりました。ケンジくんがあとから来て同じく軽く体のアップしました
Then in the late evening I went back to Nakano and then went to the Nakano Golds Gym and did a light workout. I did some mitts and ground traning with Oyama and Katou San who will be in my corner during my fight. Kenji came later and also did a light workout.
今日も頑張ります
I will do my best again today!!
