昨日もハードの練習出来ました
I had another hard training yesterday!!
夕方吹上ジムで恩田選手といいスパーリングしてから志村館長のミットうちやりました かなりキツイかった
今日サイゴのハードの練習頑張ります
Yesterday in the late afternoon at the Fukiage Gym I had a nice sparring with Onda then a very hard mitt workout with Mr.Shimura. Man, it was very hard!! Today is my last day for my hard training, I will do my best!!
夜
は中村区の志村道場行ってまた軽く体動きました～
Last night I went to the Shimura Dojo in Nakamura-Ku and did a light workout.
そしてちょうど夜の練習終わってから世話になってるＡｒｋ Ｄｅｓｉｇｎの梁川さんがわざわざ僕の今回の試合ズボン持ってきてくれました。僕の試合につかおうズボンが出来上がりました
Then in the evening after my practice finished Ark Design Yanagawa San came to the dojo and brought me my fighting shorts that I will use in my upcoming fight. My fighting shorts is finally finished.
