昨日吹上のジムで仕事とトレーニングと僕総合クラス頑張りました！！！(^o^;)/
Yesterday I did my best at work, training and my MMA class at the Fukiage Gym!!!
昨日お昼のランチなんかあまいもの食べたくなったから吹上のイオンの中でこんなあまいもの食べました・・・・(^_^;)/
Yesterday in the afternoon for my lunch I felt like eating some sweets so I went to the Fukiage Aeon and ate some sweets・・・・
今日仕事は休みだけど夕方から吹上のジム行って僕のトレーニングと練習頑張ります～f^_^;
Today I have a day off from work but I will go to the gym in Fukiage and do my training and practice!!
