昨日仕事終わってから中村区にある志村道場に行って榎本ボクシング先生と一緒に練習しました～o(〃＾▽＾〃)o
Yesterday after work I went to Shimura Dojo in Nakamura-Ku and did my practice with Enomoto boxing teacher.

練習終わってから知り合いの居酒屋行って美味しいごはん食べました～(-^□^-) そのあと別の知り合いから電話あって栄にあるＧｏｍｉｔｏｒｉの店行きました～('-^*)/ 店のから美味しいしょちゅういただきました～(^_^)v
After my hard practice, I went to my friends Izakaya then later I received a phone call and met my other friend and we went to Gomitori restaurant in Sakae. They gave me a delicous bottle of Syoucyu!!
そしてめちゃめちゃ美味しいもつなべ食べました～(^ε^)♪
And I ate a very very delicious Motsu Nabe!!

Thanks to the Gomitori staff!!! The food was great!! I look forward to going to the restaurant again!!!
