昨日夜もういい練習出来ました

Last night I had a good practice!!

同じ志村道場の榎本ボクシング・インストラクタとミットうち＆スパーリングやりました http://shimura-dojo.com/

I did some mitt & sparring training with Enomoto who is the boxing instructor at the same Shimura Dojo as me.

練習終わってから榎本さんが僕の体をケアしてもらえました

After practice Enomoto was taking care of my body for me.

来週の試合に向けって頑張ります

I will do my best to prepare myself for my fight next week!!
