今日無事に名古屋戻りました

Today I arrived back safely to Nagoya.

昨日大阪の島田病院手のけんさありました

Yesterday I had a check-up on my hand at Shimada Hospital in Osaka.

手が順調に治ってます　明日からまた練習頑張ります

昨日夕方島田先生と一緒に元オリンピック日本代表シンクロナイズ立花選手のセミナー行きました

In the late afternoon me and Dr. Shimada went to an ex-olympic sincronize swimmer Tachibana San's seminar.

セミナーとってもよかった　僕もいい勉強出来ました

It was a very good seminar. I learned some things at the seminar.

立花選手が２００４年アテネオリンピックで銀取りました　始めた銀のオリンピックメダル見させてもらえました　とってもキレイで重かった

Tachibana San won the silver medal in the 2004 Olympics. It was my first time seeing and actually holding a silver Olympic medal. It was very nice and heavy.

I was introduced and said a few words to the crowd.

僕が世話になってた島田病院のリハビリスタッフもいました。久しぶりお会い出来てうれしいかった

I was very happy to see a few of the rehab workers from Shimada Hospital that helped me with my rehab.

セミナー終わってみんなで二次会居酒屋行きました　美味しいマグロ食べました

After the seminar we all went to an Izakaya for our second party. I ate some delicious tuna fish.

久しぶりの大阪楽しかった　また後でほかの写真アップします

I had a great time in Osaka. I will update some more pictures later.
