今日お昼ケンジくんと一緒に中野ゴールド・ジム行ってウエイト・トレーニングやりました(^-^)/
Today in the afternoon I went to Nakano Golds Gym with Kenji and did some weight training.

に帰ってから突然雷雨とひょうふりました
びっくりしました
Just when I came back home it started to hail with thunder!! I was very suprised!
明日またトレーニング頑張ります
Tomorrow I will do my best in my training again.
