今日は朝からまた中野ゴールド・ジムのトレーニング来ています～f^_^; お昼過ぎから山梨県の知り合いが東京に来るから久しぶり会えに行きます～(^_-)-☆
I came to the Nakano Golds Gym early today to do my training。 In the afternoon a friend of mine is coming to Tokyo from Yamanashi-Ken so I will go to see him。 I haven't seen him for a long time!
今日はいいお天気で僕の自転車乗ってジムまで来ました～o(^-^)o 今の時代自転車までパーキングのお金をとるになったね～(+_+) ま～ 今日もトレーニング頑張ります～(^O^)/
Today is a very nice day so I rode my bicycle to the gym。 Now a days they are charging money to park your bicycle now。 Man wtf is going on these days!! LOL
Oh、 well I will go and do my training now;p
