今日朝と午後中野ゴールド・ジム行ってトレーニング頑張りました
Today in the morning and late afternoon I went to Nakano Golds Gym and did my training.
明日もまたジムでトレーニング頑張ります
I will go to the gym again tomorrow and do my training.
