でプールのリハビリ頑張りました (;^_^A
Today in the morning I went to the hospital and did my pool rehab
プールのリハビリ終わってから先生の診察行きました。 膝がすごく良くなってますと言われました ＼(^_^)／
After my pool rehab I had an appointment to see my doctor and he said that my knee is getting much better
夕方中野ゴールド・ジム行く前にブログともの万里さん会えました
In the late afternoon before going to Nakano Golds Gym, I met one of my blog friend by the name of Mari San
