Today in the morning I went to the massage place (LIS) near my house
膝にハリと電気とマッサージやってもらえました～(;^_^A とっても気持ちよかったです～(^o^;)
They gave me a good massage on my knee. It felt really good
夕方はケンジと一緒に中野ゴールド・ジム行ってウエイト・トレーニングやりました～f^_^;
In the late evening me and Kenji went to Nakano Golds Gym and did some weight training
今日は背中のトレーニングやりました～(^_^;)
Today we did some back training

ハマーカフェ行って夜ごはん食べました～('-^*)/
In the evening I went to Hummer Cafe for dinner
ポーク・ステーキ食べました～(*^▽^*) とっても美味しいかった
