まだちょうと膝が痛みがあります～(^_^;) 朝家の近くの接骨院行きました～(^-^)ノ~~ 少し痛みとれました～(^o^;) 頑張るぞ～☆-( ^-ﾟ)v
My knee is still hurting a little bit. In the morning I went to the massage place. My knee is feeling a little bit better now. I will do my best.
