今日はずっと一日雨でした～(-。－；)

It was raining all day today～

朝家の近くの接骨院”LIS”行きました～(;^_^A　いい治療できました、気持ちよかった

In the morning near my house, I went to the massage place "LIS" and had a nice treatment. It felt really good.

夕方中野ゴールド・ジム行って3分４RDの軽いミットうちありました～(^_^;)

In the late afternoon I went to Nakano Golds Gym and did a 3min 4rd mitt training.

練習なかまたちいっぱい来ました

Alot of other fighters that I practice with were there.

ケンジが中田選手とスパーリングやってました

Kenji did some sparring with Nagata San.

練習終わってからケンジと二人で軽くウエイトやりました～(*^-^)b

After practice, me and Kenji did a light weight training.

明日また頑張る

I will do my best again tomorrow.
